摘    要:使用Solidworks对减速机箱体建模,并模拟减速机的工作状态,在Ansys Workbench环境下进行了静强度分析.完成了对减速机箱体的优化设计,经过减速机的实际使用,证明了该有限元仿真和分析方法的可靠性.

Abstract:As the structure of Coal mine reduction box is very complex, a model for the reduction box is estab- lished with Solidworks to meet its requirements of intensity. After modeling, The finite element analysis of the mode by Ansys Workbench has been made through modeling the reduction box of Coal mine and simulating the working state of the reduction box. The optimized design of reducer box has been completed and the method of analysis has been proved to the actual usage.
