| 摘 要： | 知识正在成为企业的主要财富。而广义企业参考模型是企业重要的知识资源，包括广义产品参考模型和广义过程参考模型。本文对广义企业参考模型的类型、作用、建模方法、管理和使用等进行了研究，目的是使人们对广义企业参考模型有一个比较全面的认识，促进广义企业参考模型的应用，使企业的知识资源能得到更好的保存、共享和重用。在广义企业参考模型的建立和使用中，成组技术发挥了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Knowledge is becoming the main treasure in enterprise. The generalized enterprise reference model is an important knowledge resource, including generalized product reference model and generalized process reference model. In the paper, the type, role, modeling method, management and use of the generalized enterprise reference model are studied. The aim is to fully describe the generalized enterprise reference model, to promote the application of the generalized enterprise reference model, to better preserve, share and reuse the enterprise knowledge resource. In the setting up and use of the generalized enterprise reference model, the group technology plays an important role. |
