摘    要:在挤压浸渗法制备复合材料的基础上,研究了Al_2O_3纤维/Al合金的界面。结果表明,在复合材料中,纤维与基体之同存在明显的界面层,合金元素通过适当的化学反应可改善润湿状况,有利于纤维与基体的结合。试样断口分析还表明,复合材料的界面结合状况良好,可传递足够的载荷到纤维上,发挥其增强作用。

Abstract:The interface of alumina short fiber reinforced alluminum alloy composite is studeied on the basis of the composites manufactured by the squeeze infiltration method. The results of the study indicate that there are obvious interface layers between the fibers and the matrix in the composites, and the alloy elements may improve wetting state through the suritable chemical reaction to be favorable to combination between the fibers and the matrix. The analysis of the specimen fracture also indicates that the interface between the fibers and the matrix is strong enough to transmit loads to the fibers so as to play the reinforcing role of the fibers.
