超微提取当归阿魏酸工艺研究

摘    要:目的:比较当归超微提取和常规提取工艺,并优化超微提取工艺,解决超微提取过程中遇到的问题。方法:采用正交试验法,对提取时间、提取温度、提取溶剂和提取料液比4个因素进行优化,确定最优工艺。结果:超微提取的最优工艺为料液比1:20,提取时间1h,溶剂的浓度70%,提取温度90℃,比常规提取可缩短1/2时间。结论:超微提取能明显节约时间,且提取率可高出40%左右,节约了成本,如能解决提取中的一些问题,工业化前景将更为广阔。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the difference of ultrafine extraction technology and conventional extraction technology on angelica sinensis,optimize the best ultrafine extraction technology,resolve the problems in the process of ultrafine extraction.Methods:Using Orthogonal experiment to choice extraction times,extraction temperature,solvent concentration,solvent amount,to ascertain optimization.Results:The best condition of the angelica chinensis was with 70 % ethanol of 20 folds volume,one hour in 90℃,Comparing with conventional extraction technology,extraction time is 1/2 of general methods.Conclusion:Ultrafine extraction technology can reduce the extracting time,improved 40% the extracting rate of effective constituents,save the cost price of manufacture,if we could solve some problems on extraction,the technology can be used in pharmacy enterprises.
