物联网技术在矿井风机智能变频中应用与实现

摘    要:介绍了变频调速技术的原理,以及基于PID闭环控制的PLC自动控制在变频调速中的应用。闭环控制经过多年发展,使得现阶段的模糊自整定PID控制在变频调控方面有显著的优化。以此为核心,构建包括以无线传感器为主要成分的感知层、IPv6/Zigbee两种网络协议栈的网络层和应用层三个层面的矿井风机调速感知型物联网体系,提出了一种较为动态化的闭环控制仿真模拟,以期实现井下通风技术的节能高效化。

Abstract:A principle of speed control with frequency conversion technology has been introduced in this paper as well as an application of PLC closed-loop control in frequency conversion.During the past decades,closed-loop control has gained further development.At this stage,fuzzy self-tuning PID control in the frequency has made a significant optimization,Based on this core,a network system which aims to realize the coal mine ventilation technology of energy efficient has been constructed:one kind of wireless sensor as the main component of the perception layer ,the network layer based on the IPv6/Zigbee network protocols and the application layer.
