关于采空区声发射传感器布置优化的研究

摘    要:为了确保新平鲁电矿业自走铁矿生产安全,将声发射监测技术应用于该矿地压监测项目,以井下1530至1580中段的采空区为主要研究对象,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对1530~1580中段的部分采空区进行模拟,找出应力集中、安全系数小、位移较大的危险性区域布置射声发射监测点,实现声发射网络的优化布置。综合考虑声发射传感器的监测范围以及容易受到的外界干扰因素后,确定将声发射传感器布置在这些危险性较大的区域周围关键的矿柱或者边帮围岩中效果最佳。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the production of XinPingLuDdian mine self-iron ore,the acoustic emission monitoring technology is applied to the mine ground pressure monitoring project,the mined areas in the middle of 1530 to 1580 are the main research objects,the partial goaf of the middle section of 1530-1580 was simulated by FLAC3D numerical simulation software,to find out the stress concentration, the safety factor is small, the larger displacement of the dangerous area of the radioactive sound emission monitoring point,then achieving the optimal arrangement of acoustic emission network.After taking into account the scope of the acoustic emission sensor and the susceptibility to external interference factors,the following conclusions are obtained by analysis and calculation:arrange the acoustic emission sensors in the key pillars around these more dangerous areas or the best in the surrounding rock.
