摘    要:采用贵州某磷尾矿为骨料、粉煤灰和水泥为胶凝材料,制备了胶结充填料浆。采用扩展度法、流动度法及L型管法研究了聚羧酸系和萘系减水剂对磷尾矿充填料浆流动性能的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸系减水剂添加量为1.2%时对充填料浆流动性能的改变较大,萘系减水剂添加量为8%时料浆流动性可达到较好的效果;二者相比,聚羧酸系减水剂优于萘系减水剂。同时聚羧酸系减水剂对磷尾矿充填料浆具有较强的分散作用,能改变水泥絮凝结构,提高充填料浆的流动性能。

Abstract:A kind of cemented paste backfill (CPB) was prepared with some Guizhou phosphate tailings as aggregate, fly ash and cement as binding materials. Effects of polycarboxylate water reducer and naphthalene water reducer on the fluidity of phosphate tailings cemented past backfill were investigated with extended degree, fluidity method and L-tube. Results showed that an addition of polycarboxylate water reducer at an amount of 1.2% could bring a significant change in the paste fluidity, while an addition of 8% naphthalene water reducer could result in the better fluidity of backfill. Comparison of two kinds of water reducers showed polycarboxylate water reducer is superior to naphthalene water reducer. Furthermore, polycarboxylate water reducer brought a strong dispersing effect on phosphorus tailings backfill, and destroyed the flocculation structure of cement particles, thus improved the fluidity of the CPB.
