新疆某氧化铜矿工艺矿物学特征及选矿流程的选择

摘    要:对新疆某氧化铜矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,该矿氧化率为97.52%,氧化铜矿物主要为孔雀石、假孔雀石和硅孔雀石。晶体纯净的孔雀石和假孔雀石可浮性较好,采用浮选回收;晶体中含铁或与铁矿物结合紧密的氧化铜及含铜褐铁矿采用磁选工艺回收。最终确定浮选—磁选联合工艺流程。原矿铜品位1.27%时,获得的铜精矿含铜24.06%铜回收率90.25%。

Abstract:the process mineralogy of a oxidized copper mine in Xinjiang has been studied.The oxidation ratio of the mine is 97.52%, and the copper oxide minerals are mainly malachite, pseudomalachite and silicon malachite. Some malachite and pseudo Malachite crystals are pure and have good floatability, and they are recovered by flotation. Part of the copper oxideSores contains iron or is closely bound with iron ore, and another copper containing limonite is recovered by magnetic separation process.SIn the end,S the process of floatation and magnetic separation was determined, When the copper grade of ore was 1.27%, the copper concentrate containing copper 18.83% and the copper recovery rate 90.36%.
