| 摘 要： | 目的]评价二甲双胍治疗肥胖患者糖耐量异常的疗效。方法]患者84例,随机分为对照组42例经饮食控制及运动治疗;治疗组42例在饮食控制及运动治疗的基础上给予二甲双胍。比较治疗前后两组BMI、FPG、2hPG、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、Fins各项指标。结果]治疗组治疗后BMI、FPG、2hPG、TG、TC、LDL-C、Fins均显著降低(P0.01),与对照组比较各项指标均有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论]二甲双胍不但能明显降低FPG、2hPG、Fins,还可以降低血脂(TG、TC、LDL-C)水平。
