沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液皮下注射对2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能及血糖波动的影响

目的观察沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液皮下注射对2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能及血糖波动的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者120例,将其随机分为观察组(沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液皮下注射治疗)与对照组(单纯门冬胰岛素30注射液皮下注射治疗),每组60例。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组HOMA-IR低于对照组,HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各项血糖波动指标无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SDBG、MAGE、MODD均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病,对患者胰岛功能改善作用显著,有利于控制血糖波动,疗效确切。

Effects of saggliptin combined with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 injection on islet function and blood glucose fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effects of salgliptin combined with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 injection on islet function and blood glucose fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(treated with salagliptin combined with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 injection)and control group(treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 injection only),with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,HOMA-IR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and HOMA-βwas higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose fluctuation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,SDBG,MAGE and MODD decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salgliptin combined with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart 30 injection can significantly improve the islets function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is beneficial to control the fluctuation of blood glucose and has definite curative effect.
