| 摘 要： | 尿素与氯化钾生成的低共熔物熔点低、相对临界湿度低，给生产控制带来了许多困难。介绍了装置建设中应考虑的问题和200kt/a尿基NPK复合肥装置固体物料部分的工艺流程，并指出了造粒过程、干燥过程和冷却过程的生产控制要点。
