河南省670名护士长护理不良事件报告意向调查

目的：调查河南省护士长护理不良事件报告意向的现状，为有针对性地对护士长进行不良事件上报培训提供参考。方法：采取便利抽样法对河南省各级医院的670名护士长进行问卷调查。结果：护士长护理不良事件报告意向问卷得分的中位数为14（12～15）分；辅助科室和门诊护士长的报告意向总分高于在病房工作的护士长；针对不同严重程度的护理不良事件，护士长选择不同的上报方式。结论：河南省670名护士长的护理不良事件报告意向为正向。但对于一些危害程度较小的不良事件，护士长尚未予以足够重视。

The current status of the intent to report nursing adverse events among head nurses in Henan province

Objective：To investigate the current status of the intent to report nursing adverse events among head nurses in Henan province, and to provide references for head nurses＆#39; training of reporting adverse events. Methods：A total of 670 head nurses from different grade hospitals in Henan province, were recruited and investigated by the questionnaires. Results：The median of 670 head nurses＆#39; intents to report nursing adverse events was 14（12~15）. The intents to report nursing adverse events among head nurses in the auxiliary departments and outpatient departments were higher than those in the wards. For different seriousness of nursing adverse events, the head nurses will choose different ways to report. Conclusion：The intent to report nursing adverse events among 670 head nurses in Henan is positive. But the head nurses haven＆#39;t paid enough attention on some nursing adverse events with little harm.
