| 摘 要： | 以武汉王家墩中央商务区为例,介绍了城市中心区地下空间的需求类型,并对城市中心区地下空间开发强度做了类比分析,通过城市内外变量数据对比及经验校核方法,对该区域地下空间的开发需求量进行了预测分析,以准确预测出未来城市中心区地下空间发展的需求。

| Abstract: | Set the center commercial area in Wangjiadun Wuhan as example, it introduces the request type of the centre zone of city underground space,analogs and analyses the develop strength of the centre zone of city underground space,through the methods of comparison the data of in and out variable and empirical check,it predicts and analyses the quantity develop request of underground space in this zone,to predict the request of underground space develop of future city centre zone. |
