1785例孕妇血型抗体效价检测结果分析

目的了解血型抗体效价异常在孕妇中所占比例及临床意义。方法采用微柱凝胶免疫技术进行血型抗体IgG抗-A(B)效价检测。结果夫妇血型不合者占59.0%,ABO血型不合者占58.9%,Rh(D)血型不合占0.1%。夫妇血型不合者,血型抗体IgG阳性率为9.3%,O型孕妇抗体阳性率明显高于非O型孕妇,孕次大于或等于2次者明显高于初次妊娠孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在产前保健孕妇中进行ABO血型抗体效价检测,及早发现异常,及时治疗,可减少由于母婴血型不合引起的溶血性疾病的发生,提高人口素质。

Detection and analysis of 1 785 cases blood type antibody in pregnanct woman

Objective To study the clinical significances and rate of matermal-fetal blood type incompatibility in pregnanct woman.Methods Titer IgG of anti-A or anti-B of the blood type antibody with the method of microcolumn gel immunoassay.Results There are 59.0% couples blood type incompatibility,58.9% ABO blood type incompatibility,0.1% Rh blood type incompatibility.In couples blood typfe incompatibility,blood type IgG antibody masculine rate is 9.3%.In pregnant women,there are higher antiboby masculine rate in O-type pregnant women than un-O-type,in the same time,gravidity twice or more than twice have higer antiboby masculine rate obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion The ABO blood type antibody teris detected in pregnancy in order to decrease the rate of haemolytic diseaseof the newborn,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can be applied in pregnancy when aritibody titer is too high.
