机械合金化制备Mg-Fe超腐蚀合金

摘    要:以纯Mg、Fe粉末为原料,用机械合金化法制备了Mg-10%Fe超腐蚀合金,用自制的测试装置对合金在NaCl溶液中腐蚀反应的放热、析氢进行测试分析;并用XRD、SEM及EDS对合金进行了成分及显微形貌研究。由于较好的冷焊合,球磨40 min的合金,最有利于形成快速腐蚀的原电池,该合金在NaCl溶液中腐蚀反应的放热、析氢量最大。

Abstract:Super-corroding magnesium-iron alloy were prepared by Mechanical Alloying using pure Mg,Fe powder as raw material.Releasing heat and hydrogen of the Super-corroding reaction in NaCl solution were measured with instrument made by us.Microstructure and composition of the alloy were analyzed by the XRD、SEM and EDS.For the ideal cold-welding of Mg-Fe,the alloy milled for 40 minutes had the most favorable for forming Super-corroding galvanic cells.The amount of heat and hydrogen was the most,which was released in the corrosion reaction of the 40 minutes milled alloy.
