介入治疗前后宫颈癌组织局部肿瘤细胞Th1/Th2类因子表达动态变化的研究

摘    要:目的:研究动脉介入化疗前后宫颈癌组织内肿瘤细胞Th1/Th2类细胞因子表达的动态变化。方法:用免疫组化法检测21例宫颈癌介入治疗前后标本IL-2、IFN-γ和IL-4的表达率及表达强度。结果:介入前,介入治疗后第7天及介入治疗后第14天,IL-2表达率为19.05%、85.71%、19.05%;IFN-γ表达率为28.57%、90.48%、38.10%;IL-4表达率为57.14%、76.19%、28.57%。各项指标3个时间点两两的比较,除介入前与介入后14天无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:介入治疗能有效地逆转癌组织局部肿瘤细胞Th1/Th2类细胞因子的表达,增强肿瘤局部免疫。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the variation of cellular factors of Th1/Th2 in tumor cells of cervical cancer after the interventional arterial chemotherapy.Method:Expressions of IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-4 in tumor cells were determined by S-P immunohistochemical staining.Results:Before interventional therapy,the expression rates of IL-2 and IFN-γ of tumor cells were 19.05% and 28.57%;IL-4 was 57.14%.At the 7th day,the expression rates of IL-2 and IFN-γ of tumor cells were 85.71% and 90.48%;that of IL-4 was 76.19%.Compare with the expression before the therapy,the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the 14th day,the expression rates of IL-2 and IFN-γ of tumor cells were 19.05% and 38.10%;that of IL-4 were 28.57%(P<0.05).Compare with the expression before the therapy,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);Compare with the expression of the 7th day,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Interventional therapy can change the cellular factor expressions of Th1/Th2 in the cancer tissue.The immune in the cancer tissue is enhanced after the interventional therapy.
