| Abstract: | The conception and applications of HRTFs for nearby sources are reviewed. The methods for calculating and measuring HRTFs for nearby sources are discussed, and the characters of HRTFs for nearby sources are outlined. At last, some applications of HRTFs for nearby sources to binaural hearing and the field of consumer electronics are discussed. |
