MEBO治疗血管瘤破溃伴感染的临床观察

目的：减少血管瘤破溃伴感染的患儿的痛苦，加速感染创面的愈合。方法：用3％过氧化氢清创，生理盐水清洗创面，0．5％安多福消毒创面及周围皮肤，用无菌干棉球吸干创面水分，将美宝湿润烧伤膏挤在创面上，用无菌棉签抹均匀，厚度3mm左右，盖上8～10层无菌纱布，包扎固定，视创面程度确定换药时间。结果：本组20例患儿经NEBO治疗后全部治愈。结论：用NEBO治疗血管瘤破溃伴感染的创面，患儿无疼痛，不出血，疗程短。

MEBO for treating ulcerated angioma complicated by wound infection

Objective: To find a method for beating pediatric ulcerated angioma and promoting the healing of infected wounds and reducing pains. Method: The wounds were debrided by washing with 3% hydrogen peroxide and normal saline and disinfected using 0. 5% An Duo Fu solution and dried with the aid of dry cotton balls. MEBO was applied with the aid of sterile cotton sticks to a thickness of 3 mm. The wounds were covered with 8 to 10 layers of sterile gauze and bandaged. Dressings were changed according to the case condition until wounds healed. Result: 20 children of this disease were all cured after MEBO treatment. Conclusion: MEBO for treating pediatric ulcerated angioma complicated by wound infection is efficacious. The children suffered no pain and no bleeding. The treating course was short.
