| 摘 要： | 提高学生基本身体素质和发展学校体育运动训练水平已成为学校体育工作的两大重心．但是在学校体育工作中群体活动与业余训练之间却存在一种极为不利于其工作的差异．通过对差异几个方面的剖析和研究．力求找到解决的办法．这些对学校体育工作的发展至关重要．
