农村嵌入与贵州农村劳动力转移就业研究

在分析贵州农村劳动力转移就业现状的基础上，提出了探索适合贵州特点的农村劳动力转移就业路径的重要性和紧迫性。然后借鉴Grannovetter嵌入理论的观点，通过文献分析，提炼出农村嵌入性因素在推动和阻碍贵州农村劳动力转移就业上的维度内容，提出相关的研究假设，并以收集的434份有效问卷分别进行了劳动力整体分析和分代对比。研究结论对城乡协作推动贵州农村劳动力转移就业的良性发展将具有一定的参考借鉴价值。

A Study on the Rural Embededness and the Migration of Rural Labor Force in Guizhou

Based on an analysis of current situation about the migration of rural labor forces in Guizhou, this article points out the importance and urgency of working out a special approach suitable for Guizhou present situa- tion. With reference to Grannovetterg theory on embeddedness, the present article abstracts the structural dimen- sions of rural embeddedness which can push and impede the migration of Guizhou rural labor by means of literal analysis and put forward relevant hypothesis for research. After that, empirical analysis and generation compari- son is carried out based on 434 valid samples from Guizhou rural labor forces. The research finding provides sig- nificant value for positive development of the migration of the rural labor forces in Guizhou through the coopera-tion between cities and rural areas.
