应用锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的体会

目的探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板(locking proximal humerus plate,LPHP)治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法从2008年6月～2011年6月,我院采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折30例。结果 30例均获得随访,平均随访13个月(6～18个月)。全部创口愈合良好,所有患者骨折均愈合。术后按Neer肩关节功能评分标准评定:优19例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率为90%。结论锁定钢板治疗老年患者肱骨近端骨折疗效满意,是目前治疗肱骨近端骨折较理想的内固定方法。

The treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the aged with locking proximal humerus plate

Objective To study the clinical effect and operation time of locking proximal humerus plate fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods 30 cases in 42 Military Hospital during June 2008 to June 2011 with proximal humeral fractures were selected,and treated with internal fixation by locking proximal humerus plate.Results All patients were followed for a period of 6 to 18 months;the average follow-up period was 13 months.The patients all healed well.According to the neer shoulder function scoring system,the results were excellent in 19 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 2 case,poor in 1 case,the excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion The locking proximal humerus plate had good clinical effect in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.
