Abstract:Hydro-denitrification performance of FU-UDS catalyst for coked diesel fuels was studied,and effect of temperature,pressure,volume space,etc.on desulphurization result was investigated.The results show that for coked diesel fuels,under the conditions of reaction temperature 380 ℃,partial pressure of hydrogen 8.0 MPa,volume space velocity 1.0,1.5 h-1,and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 500,nitrogen contents in the product are 19μg/g and 22μg/g respectively,both nitrogen removal ratios are near 99%,sulfur content in the product is below 50 μg/g and sulfur removal ratio is over 99%,which can meet the need of standard Euro Ⅳ.
