油水旋流分离器流场数值模拟研究

摘    要:以大涡模型为基础,对双锥形液-液旋流分离器进行数值模拟,研究液-液旋流分离器内部流场的压力分布、速度分布和湍动能分布规律。模拟结果表明,静压的分布基本符合组合涡流场的压力分布规律;轴向速度沿径向几乎呈轴对称分布,在轴心区域径向速度梯度比较大,说明在旋流器中心附近产生的内旋流场是分离的有效区域;在轴截面50 mm处湍动能的分布呈现出两头翘、中间凹的结构,亦称"浴盆"结构。比较发现,模拟结果与试验结果较接近,这为进一步研究旋流器分离机理及结构优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:With the large-eddy model as the basis, the biconical liquid-liquid cyclone separator was simulated numerically and the distribution law of the pressure, speed and turbulent energy of the internal flow field of the separator was studied. The simulation showed that the distribution of static pressure was basically in agreement with the distribution law of the pressure of the combined eddy field.
