罩式炉内罩失效原因分析与改进

摘    要:针对邯钢罩式退火炉内罩使用不足两年就出现表面点状锈蚀、筒体底部裂纹、吊装环失效、冷却变形等缺陷,从内罩结构、工作环境、工作介质、焊接状况等方面分析了原因。提出了增加内罩壳体下部、冷却水槽、吊装环肋板厚度,加高焊缝高度,统一内罩各部分材质,提高罩式炉工作介质质量,做好预防性维修等改进措施。实施后,延长了罩式炉使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Against the defects of inner bell of bell-type furnace appeared only in less than two years in operation: surface spot erosion,cracks at bottom of cylinder,hoisting ring losing efficacy,cooled deformation and etc.,the cause is analyzed from the fields: the inner bell structure,working environment,working media,welding status,proposed the following measures: increasing the depth of lower part of bell body,the depth of cooling water sink and the depth of ribbing plate of hoisting ring,increasing height of welding seam,unifying the material substance of various parts of inner bell,improving quality of working media,doing well precaution maintenance.After the above measures conducted the work life of bell-type furnace prolonged,production cost reduced.
