摘    要:从坑压压接理论、压线筒、导线三个方面分析了M22520/2-01压接钳压接一种22D压接件出现拉脱力过低的现象可能产生的原因.依据定位器上标注的档位选择表进行了拉脱力试验并对试验件的拉脱力与拉脱破坏形式进行了对比、分析.将试验数据对照坑压压接理论和国军标的相关要求找到了问题的原因并给出了正确的压接档位.

Abstract:The reasons of low pull - off strength during crimping a bind of MIL - 22D crimp barrel using M22520/2 - 01 crimper are discussed from crimp theory, crimp barrel and the wire. Pull - off strength experiments are performed according to the gear choice. Compare and analyze pull - off strength and pull - off damage style according to the crimp theory and requirement of the GJB. Reasons of the problems are founded based on the experiments data, and the proper gear choice is suggested.
