油酸二甘醇单酯油性剂在N320基础油中适宜添加量的研究

摘    要:用硼酸间接酯化法合成了润滑油油性添加剂油酸二甘醇单酯,将该剂加入N320基础油中配成不同浓度的溶液,用界面张力仪测定了这些溶液对水的界面张力。用Gibbs公式计算出油-水界面上油酸二甘醇单酯形成饱和吸附膜时在基础油溶液中的最低浓度,进而推广到油-金属界面上油酸二甘醇单酯形成饱和吸附膜时在基础油溶液中的浓度。

Abstract:The lubricant additive diglycol monoleate was synthesized by the means of boracic acid indirectly esterified. Diglycol monoleate was joined in N320 elementary oil to preparethe different concentration of the solution. The interfacialpotential of the solution - water were measured by interfacial potential instrument. The least concentration of diglycol monoleatein oil - water parting plone forming saturat ed adsorption bondwas calculated by Gibbs formula, then, it was developed theconcentration of digly col monoleate in oil - metal partingplone forming saturated adsorption bond.
