链环的夹具设计

摘    要:从链环零件入手,通过对零件的结构分析,确定装夹、定位、夹紧方法,对该类零件的铣削工装设计作了详细的阐述,使加工零件数量从单件到同时加工多件,极大的提高了加工效率.通过链环铣削夹具设计,解决了加工低效的问题,对同类零件的铣削工装设计有较好的借鉴作用.

Abstract:Starting from the link parts, the structure of the components analysis, determine the ctamping, positioning, clamping method for the milling tool, the parts of the design in detail, so that the processing quantity of parts from the single unit to simultaneously process multiple parts, greatly improving the processing efficiency. Through the chain link milling fixture design, solves the problem of inefficient processing, milling tool for similar parts of the fixture design reference.
