| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the source and connotation of heat value difference index between as-received coal and as-fired coal in power plant. It focused on the factors of water,heat loss, structure, acceptance management of coal, metering of coal quantity which influencing the heat value difference index. Aiming at these factors,it put for- ward the control measures from the angle of management. |
