| 摘 要： | 目的观察生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 100例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分成两组,对照组50例接受常规治疗,试验组50例在常规治疗基础上加用生长抑素治疗,并对两组间的治疗效果作对比分析。结果试验组临床症状缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间和临床治愈时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组重症患者并发症及病死率均明显低于对照组重症患者(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素是一种较好的胰酶分泌抑制剂,对重症急性胰腺炎有明显疗效,尤其是重症急性胰腺炎在发病初期应尽早使用。
