| Abstract: | The development of three phases of the interior-outer-set model is reviewed, and show three alternatives to generate a soft risk map of natural disaster. The soft risk maps have more superiority to traditional ones on giving more information. The development trend of the soft risk maps of natural disasters is discussed. |
