摘    要:针对油菜收获机械化程度低和油菜成熟度不一致的农艺特征,设计了一种4SY-1.8型油菜割晒机,重点开展了输送与铺放装置关键部件的设计,确定了集伸缩拨指滚筒、立辊筒、输送带和铺放装置等于一体的输送铺放系统,分析确定了各装置的主要结构参数与运行参数。田间试验结果表明:所设计的输送与铺放装置能有效地实现油菜茎秆的流畅输送和有序铺放,统计测定得出的茎秆铺放角平均为50.33°,满足油菜分段收获的后续机械捡拾作业农艺要求。

Abstract:According to the current trend of mechanization in harvesting rape and the agronomic requirements,the key component of the 4SY-1.8 rape windrower-conveyer handling systems had been designed,the main structural and operating parameters of conveying and placement system,including telescopic cylinder,roller stand,conveying belt,making swath device and so on had been analyzed and confirmed.The field test indicated that the average angle of stem placement was 50.33°,it could satisfy the agronomic requirement of different rape harvesting stages and the mechanical picking up follow-up operation.
