Legal Reflection on Press Autonomy law -In the view of Norms

Press norms manifest the state of freedom of information communication.The press norms of pre-law-governing society were made up of political norms,economic norms cultural norms and legal norms concerned.They were parts of the normative facts of press autonomy and press governed by law.In law-governing society press autonomy is one of the sub-systems of rule of law and it is a sort of concrete rule of law.Only if the system of press norms which is governed by legal press norms on the basis of the spirits of rule of law,can press autonomy be achieved.
