儿童臀肌挛缩症免疫发病机理的研究

本文对４１例儿童臀肌挛缩症患者外周血及３２例儿童臀肌挛缩症臀肌进行了系统的免疫学研究。结果表明：儿童臀肌挛缩症患者免疫调节功能紊乱，红细胞免疫功能低下，臀肌组织免疫复合物沉积，臀肌小血管数目减少及管壁损伤。由此认为免疫病理因素是儿童臀肌挛缩症的主要发病机理。

Study on Immnune Pathogenesis of the Syndrome of Gluteal MuscleContracture in Children

Systemic studies of peripheral blood and frozen biopsy section of the syndrome of gluteal mus-cle contracture in children were performed.It was found that marked disorder of immune regulation;immunefunction of red blood cells was significantly lower than that of controls and immuno-complex was foud to di-posit in patient with gluteal muscle contracture. The number of small vessels in patient with gluteal musclecontraction was remorkably less than that of control;the wall of the small vessels was damaged.ALl of abovefindings suggested the point that immunofactor pathological may be the main pathogenesis of the syndrome ofgluteal muscle contracture in children.
