| 摘 要： | 目的：分析输卵管因素不孕剖腹手术前后诊断差异程度。方法：对54例施行输卵管粘连分离术和／或造口术患者临床资料、术前进行的子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)诊断和手术所见差异进行比较。结果：手术前后符合者26例(48．15％)。加重l2例(22．23％)。减轻16(29．63％)。结论：HSG对输卵管宫腔情况诊断较可靠．但对盆腔粘连的评价可靠性较低。单独使用HSG进行评价有一定的局限性。

| Abstract: | Obiective:To evaluate the hysterosalpingography on diagnosis of 54 female fallopian tubal sterility patients. Methods: Fifty-four patients were studied to compare the fallopian tubal obstruction features of pelvic operation and hysterosalpingography with 40% iodinated oil. Results: Twenty-six (48. 15 %) cases showed same conclusion 12 (22. 23%) cases more serious and other 16 (29. 63%) milder were synchronous showed under the pelvic operations. Conclusion: The hysterosalpingography is important to the diagnosis of female sterility as it can provide valuable information for clinical diagnosis, and the valuation is also limited. |
