铀钼的碱性解吸及其回收

摘    要:用(NH_4)_2CO_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4解吸剂可以从含铀、钼树脂上同时解吸铀和钼。解吸液经蒸氨沉淀ADU。含钼及少量铀的母液在弱酸条件下(pH=3.0—3.2),用TFA-TBP-煤油萃取,钼的萃取率大于98%,铀几乎不被萃取。反萃取液用硫酸酸化沉淀,制得多钼酸铵产品。铀的总回收率在99%以上,钼的总回收率达90%。由于全流程为硫酸盐体系,避免了NO_3~-的危害。

Abstract:It is shown in this paper that uranium and molybdenum can be simultaneously eluted from uranium and molybdenum loaded resin using eluant (NH4)2CO3 (NH4)2SO4.The ADU is precipitated from eluat by volatilization of ammonia. The molybdenum is extracted by TFA-TBP-kerosene from the filtrate at pH3.0-3.2 with molybdenum extraction >98%. Uranium will nearly not be extracted. The precipitation of Mo is carried out by sulphuric acid after stripping and the ammonium multimo-lybdate is obtained.The above-mentioned process can give the total recovery of U more than 99%, and Mo 90%, Because of the use of sulphate salt system the hazard of NO; can be avoided.
