泸定水电站水轮机水力开发

摘    要:针对泸定电站的具体情况,详细分析了泸定水电站的蜗壳尺寸、尾水管高度、导叶高度、转轮叶片数、导叶分布圆直径等几何参数和比转速、单位流量、单位转速等水力参数的选取方法、原则以及对转轮性能的影响。同时,利用国内外通用的混流式水轮机转轮及过流部件CFD分析技术,对转轮和通流部件的内部流场进行了计算,在对其流速场、压力场进行分析比较的基础上优化出了一套符合电站要求的装置。

Abstract:This paper discusses the parameters of hydraulic turbine for Luding Power Station,including dimensions of spiral case and height of draft tube and wicket gates,number of blades and distributing circle of gates,selection method and principle for hydraulic parameters covering specific speed,unit flow,unit speed as well as the hydraulic parameters affecting the runner performance in accordance with limiting conditions for the specific hydraulic and geometric parameters.Meanwhile the internal flow for runner is computed by using the CFD design technology for Francis hydroelectric turbine and flow-passing components that are popularly used at home and abroad.Based on the analyzing and comparing of the flow field and pressure field,it expects basic performance parameters for the runner and obtained result from them.
