摘    要:基于纵横弯曲梁法和平衡趋势原理建立了深井底部钻具组合(BHA)的防斜性能评价方法,评价了3类典型BHA的防斜性能参数。结果表明: 地层是制约BHA垂直钻井能力的最主要因素,地层倾角可作为防斜钻具组合选型的首要参数。基于此,深井防斜钻具组合的优选应先根据地层特性初步选定BHA类型,然后根据钻头情况和现场施工需求进一步分析备选钻具组合的防斜性能,最终以防斜性能为指标优选实钻BHA。

Abstract:Based on the vertical and horizontal bending beam method and the principle of equilibrium tendency, an evaluation method for the anti-deviation performance of deep well bottom hole assembly(BHA)was established, and the anti-deviation performance parameters of three typical BHA were evaluated. The results show that formation is the most important factor that restricts the anti-deviation ability of BHA, and formation dip angle can be used as the primary parameter for the selection of anti-deviation BHA. Based on this, the BHA type should be preliminarily selected according to the formation characteristics, and then the anti-deflection performance of the alternative BHA should be further analyzed according to the conditions of the drill bit and on-site construction requirements, and finally select the actual drilling BHA as the index to anti-deviation performance.
