基于分级药学监护标准的智慧临床药师工作站的设计与应用

目的:建立智慧临床药师工作站,促进药学监护服务的同质化、规范化和标准化。方法:以分级药学监护理念为核心,借助信息化手段我院药学部自主研发了“智慧临床药师工作站”。结果:该工作站可以主动抓取医疗数据,自动对患者进行药学监护等级的划分,并为临床药师建立工作日志,提示所需完成的药学监护服务内容和频率。结论:成功研发的智慧临床药师工作站能够满足临床药师日常工作的需求,弥补了以往药学监护服务缺乏标准和监督的不足。

Design and application of smart clinical pharmacist workstation based on grading pharmaceutical care standard

OBJECTIVE To establish a intelligent clinical pharmacist workstation and to promote the homogenization,normalization and standardization of pharmaceutical care.METHODS The intelligent clinical pharmacist workstation was developed by our hospital based on grading pharmaceutical care.RESULTS The workstation can actively grasp the medical data,automatically divide the pharmaceutical care level of patients,and establish a working log for clinical pharmacists,indicating the content and frequency of pharmaceutical care services to be completed.CONCLUSION The successfully developed intelligent clinical pharmacist workstation can meet the needs of daily work of clinical pharmacists and make up for the lack of standards and supervision of pharmaceutical care services in the past.
