氨茶碱联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘效果评价

目的探究氨茶碱联合孟鲁司特钠应用于支气管哮喘患者中对其临床症状及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP水平的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月在本院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者116例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各58例。对照组患者给予氨茶碱治疗,观察组患者给予氨茶碱联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组临床症状及血清CRP水平。结果观察组治疗后血清CRP水平为(9.02±2.35)mg/L,低于对照组的(11.60±3.56)mg/L,(t=4.606,P<0.001);观察组哮喘控制评分为(21.77±1.18)分,高于对照组的(20.51±1.38)分,(t=5.285,P<0.001)。结论氨茶碱联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘,可降低患者血清CRP水平,缓解临床症状,有效控制支气管哮喘病情。

Effects of aminophylline combined with montelukast sodium

Objective To investigate the effects of aminophylline combined with montelukast sodium on the clinical symptoms and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 116 patients with bronchial asthma who received the treatment in a hospital were randomly divided into a control group (n=58) and a trial group (n=58), from May 2017 to May 2019. The patients in the control group were treated with aminophylline and the patients in the trial group were treated with aminophylline combined with montelukast sodium. The clinical symptoms and serum CRP levels were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the average level of serum CRP in the trial group was (9.02±2.35) g/L, which was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.606, P<0.001); the asthma control score in the trial group was (21.77±1.18) points, which was higher than that in the control group (20.51±1.38) points, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.285, P<0.001). Conclusion Aminophylline combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma can reduce the serum CRP level, relieve the clinical symptoms, and effectively control the state of illness.
