宽厚板Q420q桥梁钢铸坯内部质量的研究

摘    要:针对包钢生产的桥梁钢宽厚板坯在连铸生产过程中所出现的中心偏析、负偏析等内部缺陷,通过对铸机扇形段香蕉梁基准弧度的优化调整,提高了扇形段轻压下精度,同时对二冷水喷淋条基管的优化改造,保证了铸坯宽度方向冷却均匀,从而改善了铸坯的中心偏析问题。此外,通过降低电磁搅拌电流及下移电搅辊的位置,进一步提升了铸坯的内部组织,提高了桥梁钢的铸坯质量,有效改善了铸坯负偏析对钢板探伤及低温冲击性能的影响。

Abstract:To investigate the internal defects, such as central segregation and negative segregation, of bridge steel wide and thick slab during production of Baotou Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., the precision of segment soft reduction was increased through adjusting the radian of banana-beam located in the segment of continuous slab caster. At the same time, the cooling uniformity of slab across the width was guaranteed through optimizing the tube of the second cool-down spraying. Thus the central segregation of slab was reduced. In addition, the microstructure of the slab was improved through lowering the current of electromagnetic mixing assembly and the position of electromagnetic mixing roller, and the quality of bridge steels was also improved. The impact of negative segregation of slab on the fault detection and impact property at low temperature was also decreased.
