| 摘 要： | 针对转炉活动烟罩升降系统经常出现运行故障进行了分析,造成烟罩升降系统故障主要有2个原因：升降系统中的导向杆易弯曲,导致烟罩升降出现卡滞;升降系统中的拉杆长度过短,使升降链条受高温烘烤强度降低,导致链条断裂、烟罩掉落。为了降低转炉烟罩升降系统的故障率,提高其使用寿命,对转炉活动烟罩升降系统进行改进,分别对其升降系统中的导向杆和拉杆部件进行重新设计。通过现场使用证明,该次改造降低了烟罩升降系统的故障率,提高了其使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The frequent running failure at the lifting system of converter movable hood is analyzed and two main reasons are found:guide rod bending during lifting, resulting in unsmooth lifting;short pull rod, resulting in chain breakage and hood falling due to chain strength reduction by heat radiation.
