| 摘 要： | 介绍了PET装置高负荷生产过程中,通过优化工艺塔参数:控制酯化蒸气回用系统阀门开度,调整汽提塔喷淋温度、喷淋量及风机开度,定期检查、补加填料,清洗阻火器滤网等措施,有效降低工艺废水中COD指标。

| Abstract: | During polyester plant high load production process,by optimizing the process tower parameters： controling the valve opening of the esterification steam reuse system,adjusting the temperature of the stripper spray,spray volume and fan opening degree,periodic inspection,adding filler,cleaning flame arrestor filter screen and other measures,the process wastewater COD indexes were reduced effectively. |
