循证护理对高血压脑出血患者预后的效果观察

目的：探讨循证护理在高血压脑出血患者护理中的应用。方法：将本院2009年8月～2010年2月收治的160例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各80例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较两组患者对护理和健康知识的了解程度、满意度、并发症发生情况等指标。结果：观察组的平均住院时间显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的术前焦虑评分及抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且观察组的健康知识得分、满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：循证护理在高血压脑出血患者护理中的实施可有效消除或缓解患者术前焦虑状况,能显著提高患者的自理能力,缩短住院时间。

The effects of evidence-based nursing in the patients of high blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage

Objective: To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in patients with high blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with high blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage from August 2009 to February 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 80 cases, the control group was given routine care, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing, care and health of knowledge, satisfaction, complications and other index of two groups were compared. Results: the mean hospital stay of the observation group was significantly less than control group, the difference had statistics significance (P<0.05); and anxiety and depression rating scores of observation group were significantly lower than that in control group, the difference had statistics significance (P<0.05); and health knowledge score, satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference had statistics significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in hypertension implementation can effectively eliminate or ease anxiety status, can preoperative patients significantly raise the patients the ability of self-governing, shorter hospital stay.
