辽宁省农村卫生人力资源和中医适宜技术推广意愿调查

目的]了解辽宁省农村卫生人力资源现状、医生推广适宜技术的积极性及患者对中医的信任和接受程度,为中医适宜技术的推广提供依据。方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,对辽宁省6个示范县的3769名在岗乡村医生进行现况调查。结果]乡村中医人力资源匮乏,人员业务素质较低,中医技术力量薄弱。医生推广适宜技术的积极性较高。患者对中医的信任和接受程度一般。结论]以中医生为骨干,中西医结合医生为依托,优选推广对象。以技术和人力资源相匹配为原则分层次有重点的遴选推广技术。加强培训和宣传有助于提高中医技术推广和应用的效果。

Survey on The Current Situation of Human Resource and Desire of Popularizing Suitable Techniques on Chinese Medicine in Rural Areas of Liaoning Province

Objective ] To study the current situation of human resource, desire of popularizing Suitable technique of chinese medicine ( STCM) and the patients ' attitude to CM and then give some advice for popularizing STCM. Methods] A survey on current situation was carried on 3769 incumbency doctors in six counties with a self- designed questionnaire. Results ] The human resource of CM in county was pinch, professional quality was low and the skill force was weak. The desire of popularizing ST was high but the patients'attitude to CM was not very positive. Conclusion ] Optimization of doctors was based on that herbalist doctors were diaphysis and relying on traditional chinese and western medicine doctors. These techniques should be popularized step by step on the principle of matching techniques and human resource. Strengthen training and propaganda could help to promote popularizing STCM.
