新疆雪莲化学成分的分离与鉴定

目的对新疆雪莲的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等分离方法对体积分数为75%的新疆雪莲乙醇溶液提取物进行成分分离,通过谱学分析方法结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为大苞雪莲内酯(involucratolactone,1)、11α,13-dihydrozaluzanin-C(2)、dihydrozaluzanin-C(3)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(7β-hydroxysitosterol,4)、7β-羟基豆甾醇(stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7β-diol,5)、山奈酚(kaempferol,6)、高车前素(hispidulin,7)、粗毛豚草素(jaceosidin,8)。结论化合物3、5为首次从风毛菊属植物中分离得到,化合物2、4为首次从新疆雪莲植物中分离得到。

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from whole plant of Saussurea involucrata Kar.et kir.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Saussurea involucrata Kar. et kir. Methods The chemical constituents of 75 % ethanol extract of Saussurea involucrata Kar. et kir. were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, together with recrystallization method, and the structures were identified by means of NMR spectral analysis and physico-chemical properties. Results Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as involucratolactone (1), 11α, 13-dihydrozaluzanin-C (2), dihydrozaluzanin-C (3), 7β-hydroxysitosterol (4), stigmast-5, 22-dien-3β, 7β-diol (5), kaempferol (6), hispidulin (7), jaceosidin (8), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 2, 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time, while, compounds 3 and 5 are isolated from the Saussurea genus for the first time.
