大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂对苜蓿斑蚜的控制作用

摘    要:苜蓿斑蚜是危害苜蓿的重要害虫,利用生物制剂防治苜蓿斑蚜能有效控制其持续为害。本文利用人工饲喂方法,测定两种大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂(KTI和BBI)对苜蓿斑蚜的控制作用。结果表明:经浓度均为800 μg/mL的KTI和BBI处理后,随处理时间延长,成蚜存活率降低,与对照相比,处理72 h后存活率分别降低了38.3%、41.7%,繁殖率分别降低了128.3%、116.7%,第2代若蚜存活率分别降低了6.7%、19.8%。上述结果表明大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂能有效降低苜蓿斑蚜虫口密度,该结果为进一步研制和应用生物制剂防治苜蓿斑蚜提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:Spotted alfalfa aphid, Therioaphis trifolii Monel, causes huge damages of alfalfa. Application of biological agents can ensure a sustainable management. In this paper, two different soybean trypsin inhibitors (KTI and BBI) were tested for their inhibition effects on spotted alfalfa aphid using artificial feeding method. The results showed that the survival rate of adult aphids decreased with the time post feeding of KTI and BBI (800 μg/mL). In comparison with the control, 72 hours after feeding of KTI and BBI, the survival rate of adult aphids were reduced by 38.3% and 41.7%, respectively, the reproduction rate, by 128.3% and 116.7%, respectively, and the survival rate of the larval aphids, by 6.7% and 19.7%, respectively. These results indicate that the soybean trypsin inhibitors KTI and BBI can effectively reduce the population density of the spotted alfalfa aphid.
