数字化软开关高频开关电源模块设计

摘    要:采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812设计了基于数字化软开关技术的适用于电力系统用高频开关电源模块,选择了一种在其滞后桥臂串联二极管的移相全桥零电压零电流(ZVZCS)变换器电路,在宽负载条件下可实现超前臂零电压(ZVS)开关和滞后臂零电流(ZCS)开关;分析了该变换器的工作原理,并通过实验样机进行了验证。

Abstract:Designed a kind of high frequency switch power supply module with digital-based soft-switching technology based on DSP chip TMS320F2812 for DC power systems.The full bridge zero-voltage zero-current(ZVZCS) shifting phase transformation circuit with diodes series in its lagging leg is adopted.It can achieve zero-voltage switching(ZVS) for leading leg and zero current switching(ZCS) for lagging leg in the wide rang of load;this paper analyzed the converter’s principle of operation,and was verified by experimental prototype.
