通心络及辛伎他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂的影响的临床研究

目的探讨通心络及辛伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂的影响。方法选择112例合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血脂异常的缺血性脑血管病患者，随机分成2组：辛伐他汀组，通心络＋辛伐他汀组，连用6个月，观察两组治疗前后患者增厚的内膜冲层厚度与斑块消退的变化、血脂的变化。结果两组病人颈动脉增厚内膜与斑块均有消退，胆固醇（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）均有明显降低，但以治疗组更为显著（P〈0.05），同时治疗组高密度脂蛋白（HDL）升高、甘油三酯（1℃）降低。结论通心络及辛伐他汀联合应用对颈动脉内膜增生厚度、粥样硬化斑块消退及对血脂的影响明显优于辛伐他汀。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule and Simvastatin on Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque and Lipid

Objective To investigate the Tongxinluo and simvastatin on carotid atherosclerosis and serum lipid effects of plate. Methods 112 patients with carotid atherosclerosis and serum lipid abnormalities in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into 2 groups： simvastatin group; Tongxinluo ＋ simvastatin group, Used in conjunction for 6 months to observe the the two groups before and after treatment in patients with thickening of the intima - media thickness and plaque regression chahges, blood lipid changes. Results of two groups of patients with carotid artery thickening of the intima and plaque have subsided, cholesterol （TG）, low-density lipoprotein （LDL） were significantly lower, but the treatment group was more significant （P〈0.05） treatment group at the same time high density lipoprotein （HDL） increased, triglycerides （TC） to reduce. Conclusion Tongxinluo and simvastatin combined with the thickness of the carotid artery intimal hyperplasia, atherosclerotic plaque subsided and the effects on blood lipids significantly superior to simvastatin.
