| 摘 要： | 自１９９２年１月～１９９６年６月，采用自制螺纹针内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折７４例，取得满意疗效，骨折愈合率达８１％。该治疗方法具有手术操作简单，组织损伤小，内固定稳定，患者卧床时间短，并发症发生率低等优点。

| Abstract: | Internal fixations with selfmade screw needle were performed on 74 patients with senile fracture of femur neck from Jan. 1992 to June 1996The results showed that the healing rate of fracture was 81%,and the therapeutic effect were satisfactoryThe treatment had the advantages of simple operation,less tissue demage, stable internal fixation, shorter bed rest and low complication occurrence. |
