| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种带压榨膜片的新型多功能设备。它可以在一个设备中完成反应、结晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥和卸料等多种单元操作。创新性的压榨膜结构，不仅能防止过滤过程中滤饼的断路现象还起到很好的节能降耗效果。由于生产过程的各工艺过程都是在密闭环境中进行，能改善生产环境、提高产品质量，并实现设备的集成化和生产的自动化，特别适合原料药以及精细化工的生产。
